Visit Hillbrush offers an indoor restaurant table service serving a variety of hot and cold dishes. We currently have a vacancy for an individual to to support the Visit Hillbrush and Retail Manager in providing excellent customer and front of house service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing customers to Visit Hillbrush with a exceptional level of table service
Ensuring all areas of service, as well as tables are clear and presentable at all times
Responding in a timely manner to all customer queries or requests
Serving customers in the shop and museum with exceptional customer service
Holding an excellent knowledge of our products and menus and actively upsell to customers
Skills and Attributes

Previous experience within hospitality, catering or retail industry (E)
Knowledge of basic Food Hygiene, Health and Safety (E)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (E)
