Using the Zahoransky Z.TIGER brush-making machine, supported by a KR AGILUS 6-axis robotic arm, we are able to produce up to 1,650 brushes per hour.

An MDV vibrating feeder system carefully controls the flow of filament into the machine, ensuring each brush is filled consistently. The brushes themselves are made using a blend of horsehair and polypropylene, selected to provide the right balance of durability and performance.
This level of control is essential in industrial brush manufacturing, where even small variations can impact product performance.

These brushes are produced for Numatic, supporting the performance of one of the UK’s most recognisable cleaning products - the Henry Hoover vacuum cleaner.
