    Looking after the production machines and team of Technicians. Day to day maintenance and setting/changeovers. New product creation. Working on using the machines to their full capacities and general process improvements in and around production.

    To supervise production, packing and resin. To make sure we are hitting manufacturing targets with a focus on out of stock products. To support operators by ensuring a safe and optimal working environment as well as any administrative needs they have.
