Hillbrush offers a number of plastic and stainless steel hand scrapers. The polypropylene hand scrapers come in standard, heat-resistant, antimicrobial and metal detectable versions.
The stainless steel hand scrapers have plastic grips, one type that is very flexible, and ideal for removing dough off hard surfaces. The other type, including our dough cutter, is far harder, and doesn't have any give in it. These latter products may be bought in outer case quantities with significant savings.
There is also a robust floor scraper for use on concrete, with a very heavy duty replaceable stainless steel blade.
