The sous chefs (1 full time , 1 part time) will be the second in command in the kitchen, following the Kitchen Manager’s specifications and guidelines. You will employ culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guest’s satisfaction. There is no evening service, meaning this role can offer sociable hours.
