This hoop really is the answer to rubbish bag misery, whether you need to carry the bag about, or have it fixed on a wall (with the HH2), you cannot lose the open end. The hoop is hinged and opens up so a plastic bag may be held open once the hoop is snapped shut. It has an easy-grip handle. Use the HH2 wall bracket for easy storage.
