Our overall quality objective is to continually improve customer satisfaction by operating efficient and effective quality systems within a Total Quality environment, striving to exceed customer needs and expectations at every opportunity. This is achieved through understanding current and future customer needs and expectations and through structured planning for the future organisation and managing change.
HBC UK Directors are committed to quality leadership and will provide the appropriate:
- Organisation and support to align all our activities to satisfying the needs of our internal and external customers and suppliers

- Training and education to all our employees to enhance their performance
Within HBC UK, quality is defined as the achievement of specified standards by a co-ordinated team effort working to defined requirements and procedures applying a consistent control throughout all phases of work from the receipt of an enquiry to after sales servicing and reconditioning.
HBC UK operates an open style of management where potential problems can be identified early and corrective/preventive actions taken. Individual and team commitment to excellence is actively encouraged. It is everyone’s responsibility to aim for error free work at all stages, and specifically:
- To work to the policy and procedures described in the Quality Manual and associated documents
- To highlight areas where improvements can be made to meet the requirements of our customers
The quality system of HBC UK complies with ISO 9001:2000 and customer approvals.
The Quality Manual defines the requirements and procedures to be followed by all HBC UK personnel to achieve the company’s quality policy and objective and is issued with my authority and commitment.
